My work is concerned primarily with helping organisations respond positively to emerging and future consumer and cultural change, building culturally resonance, and shaping purposeful societal change in the process.

My approach is fundamentally collaborative, and tends towards the interdisciplinary. As a “hybrid” researcher and analyst, I operate confidently at the intersection of cultural trends, qualitiative people insight (in it’s myriad - virtual, physical, digital - forms), and quantitative data mining. I pride myself on my ability to translate those findings into clear strategic direction. 

The means by which I communicate insight is also flexible: I am as experienced in producing ethnographic film as I am in the development of whitepaper editorial.
